Software built for your furnace and rolling mill — from scrap to dispatched TMT.
Cost every heat, see power units per tonne, track yield and burning loss from charge mix to billet to bar, and reconcile the weighbridge — one system for induction-furnace and re-rolling units.
Running your plant on weighbridge slips and month-end guesses?
If any of these sound familiar, they’re exactly what we built this software to fix.
Cost per tonne is a surprise
You only learn a heat’s real cost — metal, power, ferro-alloys, labour — long after the billets are sold.
Power you can’t pin to a heat
Electricity is your biggest cost after metal, but units per tonne aren’t tracked heat by heat, so inefficient melts hide.
Charge mix by gut feel
Scrap, sponge iron and pig iron blended from memory — not least-cost — and burning loss only shows up at month-end.
Yield leaks between stages
Melting loss, end-crops and scale in rolling eat tonnes, but billet-to-bar yield is never actually measured.
Weighbridge versus books
Inward scrap and outward dispatch weights rarely tie back to inventory and accounts.
Dispatch paperwork drags
TMT bundles, weights, GST e-invoice and e-way bill done by hand slow every truck out the gate.
We’ve modelled your plant, scrap yard to gate.
Every stage, the way your furnace and rolling supervisors already think about it — not a generic template.
+ captured along the way — end-crops, mill scale and slag.
The modules a steel unit actually needs.
Raw material & scrap procurement
Scrap, sponge iron, pig iron and ferro-alloys — supplier, weighbridge weight and landed cost tracked to every consignment.
Charge mix & heat costing
Plan least-cost charge mixes and cost every heat — metal, power, alloys, refractory and labour — the moment it taps.
Power & utility per tonne
Electricity units per tonne by heat and shift, with DG and furnace oil — so you see which melts are bleeding power.
Yield & burning loss
Charge-to-molten burning loss and billet-to-bar yield, stage by stage, against standards — end-crops and scale included.
Production & quality
Heats per shift, tap weight, billet output and rolling to TMT grades and sections — with chemistry and QC against spec.
Inventory & weighbridge
Scrap yard, billets and finished bars by grade and section, reconciled to every weighbridge slip.
Lot & heat traceability
Trace any bundle back to its billet, heat, charge mix and chemistry — for grade certificates and claims.
Dispatch, invoicing & e-way bill
Bundle weights, GST e-invoices, e-way bills and dispatch — generated straight from production data.
The numbers you’ll finally see — every day.
Metal is 85–90% of your cost and power is the next biggest. When every heat is costed the moment it taps — with units per tonne and real yield — you see which melts and shifts make money, and where tonnes quietly disappear.
- Cost per tonne by heat, with metal, power and alloys split.
- Power units per tonne, heat by heat.
- Burning loss and billet-to-bar yield against standard.
- Grade- and section-wise stock and valuation.
- Weighbridge reconciled to inventory and accounts.
- Heats per shift and tap-to-tap time.
Shaped around your plant — and the way you already work.
We map your plant from scrap yard to dispatch gate and build to match it, fitting the weighbridge, meters and habits your team already relies on.
- You own the code and the data — no per-user lock-in.
- Works alongside Tally — purchases, dispatch and costing flow through clean.
- Reads your weighbridge and energy meters where you already have them.
- Shop-floor screens for furnace and rolling supervisors, in your local language.
- Scales from one furnace to furnace-plus-mill without a rebuild.
What steel processors ask us.
Can it read our weighbridge?
Yes — we integrate your weighbridge so inward scrap and outward dispatch weights post straight to inventory and costing, with no double entry.
Can it capture power units per heat?
Where you have energy meters we pull units in; otherwise supervisors log them per heat. Either way you get units per tonne.
Will it cost a heat with our charge mix?
Yes — charge mix, alloys, power, refractory and labour roll into a live cost per heat and per tonne.
We run furnace and rolling separately. Can it handle both?
Both are modelled — melting and rolling — and yield is tracked across the two, so billet-to-bar loss is finally visible.
Will it generate e-invoice and e-way bills?
Yes, from dispatch — GST e-invoices and e-way bills with bundle weights, no re-typing.
Will it work with Tally?
It feeds Tally clean purchase, dispatch and costing entries — we keep your books accurate, not replace them.
We’re on registers and Tally today. How do we switch?
We start with the highest-value piece — usually heat costing and power per tonne, or weighbridge and dispatch — run it alongside, then expand.
Who owns the data, and how long until we’re live?
You own the code and data — no lock-in. A focused first version in weeks, on your own heats, then we build out.
“Add a sentence from a steel or rolling-mill owner you’ve worked with — ideally about cost per tonne, power savings, or recovered yield.”
