Software built for your cashew line — from RCN to graded kernel.
Track outturn by lot and origin, calculate piece-rate wages from real shelling and peeling output, reconcile your job-work units, and ship export-ready grades — in one system that speaks cashew.
Running your unit on registers and guesswork?
If any of these sound familiar, they’re exactly what we built this software to fix.
Outturn known too late
You only learn a lot’s true KOR after the kernels are graded and half-sold — too late to go back to the supplier.
Job-work on paper
RCN issued to outside shelling units versus kernels received back never quite tallies, and settlements drag on.
Wages by hand
Piece-rate shelling and peeling tallied in registers every week — slow, error-prone, and quietly leaking money.
Stock in three notebooks
Grade-wise inventory and valuation live across registers and spreadsheets, never agreeing with the godown.
Brokens eat margin
Splits and brokens fetch far less than wholes — but you can’t see which shift or process is creating them.
Traceability on demand
An export buyer asks to trace a consignment back to its RCN lot, and it takes two days of digging.
We’ve modelled your whole line.
Every stage, the way your supervisors already think about it — not a generic manufacturing template.
+ byproducts captured along the way — CNSL and shell cake.
The modules a cashew unit actually needs.
RCN procurement & origin costing
Domestic and West-Africa import lots, agent advances, moisture and weight at intake — landed cost tracked to every bag and origin.
Outturn & yield intelligence
KOR and outturn by lot, supplier and origin. Whole-kernel rate, splits and brokens, and stage-wise recovery — the moment a lot finishes.
Grading & finished goods
W-180, 210, 240, 320, 450, splits, butts, LWP/SWP and baby bits — grade-wise stock and valuation at today’s prices, with count-per-lb checks.
Shelling, peeling & piece-rate wages
Per-worker and per-mestri output by process, automatic piece-rate wage calculation, attendance and advances — no more weekly register tallies.
Job-work & satellite-unit reconciliation
RCN issued versus kernels received per unit, per-unit outturn and clean settlements — your outside shelling units finally reconcile.
Lot & batch traceability
Trace any pack back to its RCN lot, origin, shift and worker group — the traceability your export buyers ask for, in seconds.
Byproducts — CNSL & shell
Capture, weigh and sell cashew nut shell liquid and shell cake — recover value that usually slips off the books.
Dispatch, invoicing & export docs
GST invoices, packing lists, container stuffing, certificate of origin and APEDA/FSSAI paperwork — generated straight from production data.
The numbers you’ll finally see — every day.
Raw cashew is 60–70% of your cost. When you can see outturn the moment a lot finishes — by supplier and origin — you buy smarter next season and stop bleeding margin on brokens you never traced.
- Live KOR / outturn by lot, supplier and origin.
- Whole-kernel % versus splits and brokens, by shift.
- Wage cost per kg shelled and peeled.
- Grade-wise stock and valuation at today’s prices.
- Lot-level P&L: RCN cost → kernels → byproducts.
- Moisture and count-per-lb at QC.
Shaped around your floor — and the way you already work.
We map your process end to end, from RCN godown to container, and build to match it. It fits alongside the tools and habits you already have, so your team actually uses it.
- You own the code and the data — no per-user lock-in.
- Works alongside Tally — we feed it clean numbers, we don’t replace your books.
- Runs on the floor on tablets, and tolerates patchy internet.
- Supervisor-friendly screens, in your local language.
- Scales from one unit to several without a rebuild.
What cashew processors ask us.
Will it work with Tally and my accountant?
Yes. We don’t replace your books — the system feeds Tally clean, posting-ready numbers (purchases, dispatches, wages) so your accountant keeps working the way they do today.
Our internet on the floor is patchy. Will it still work?
Entry screens run on tablets and tolerate drop-outs — supervisors keep logging shelling, peeling and grading, and it syncs when the connection is back.
We send RCN to outside shelling units. Can it handle job-work?
Job-work is core, not an afterthought: issue RCN, receive kernels, see per-unit outturn, and settle — all reconciled automatically.
My supervisors aren’t tech people.
Screens use cashew terms and your local language, and most entries are a few taps. We train on your floor, with your team, on your own lots.
We’re on registers and spreadsheets today. How hard is the switch?
We start with one or two high-value modules — usually outturn and piece-rate wages — run them alongside your current way of working, prove the numbers, then expand. No big-bang cut-over.
Who owns the data and the code?
You do. It’s your software and your data — no per-seat fees, no lock-in.
How long until we’re live?
A focused first version in weeks, not a multi-quarter rollout. You see working software on your own lots early, and we build out from there.
