- Digital Strategy: Applied deep understanding of people, processes and digital technology landscape to create a roadmap for transforming processes and business model. This allowed ITA to adopt and implement relevant digital technologies and channels such as facebook, instagram and twitter to create unique value proposition for consumers and drive engagement, innovation and growth.
- Alliances/ Partnerships: Partnerships were established with Facebook, Vodafone, BookMyShow and several other 3rd party vendors.
- Experience Design: This focused over the UX processes & content management that was applied for consumers to create a meaningful, persuasive engagements across their omnichannel (Instagram, twiter journey. We understood & mapped user journeys and converted ideas into proof of concepts to implement a superior customer experience.
- Development & Engineering: We leveraged UX led engineering to develop platform features and transform existing ones with a faster time to market. Things like UI/UX design, architecture, development, testing & integration were key to success.
- FB Live Chat Show: We ideated and created a FB Live chat show commercial property for the client. In the first season several TV & Film celebrities joined for the conversation to engage with fans live for the first time before the awards show went live as curtain raiser.
- Analytics led Marketing: We were able to achieve the power of analytics, marketing and technology to create 360-degree integrated digital marketing strategies to acquire consumers through various campaign. We deployed actionable insights in the form of dashboard for stakeholders to enable further decision making in this regard.
This resulted in achieving over 10 Million in 2017 & 10.5 Million votes in 2018; highest ever in the entertainment industry in India amongst the most coveted awards in those 2 years. The strategy generated additional revenues through new campaigns and partnership led approach.
